This footage was probably made on behalf of the Große Leipziger Straßenbahn AG, founded in 1895, and was probably used to train the drivers. Spectators are taken on a journey through Leipzig city center from 1931, with the camera in the driver's cab recording the street life in the business districts of the city center.
