Felix steals money and neglects school because he has thought up something special as "Captain Filou" to help Jenny. At last Felix decides not to "tell" his secret, but to "show" it, so as not to destroy the magic. He leads Jenny to a pond, into which he throws a coin every morning and wishes for Jenny to get well. She is touched and realizes how lonely he is and how much he worries about her.
