Pipì, Pupù & Rosmary run into a sheep dog which has lost its sheep and they decide to help him find them. While they are searching, the trio discovers that a hungry wolf is following the trace of the lost sheep too, so they search even more ardently for the missing flock, until they discover that the sheep haven’t gone astray but, in order to escape the big bad wolf, have simply learned to fly and are floating above the trio’s heads. The problem is that the wicked wolf has made the same discovery and has found a hot air balloon in which he is now chasing his prey. Pipì, Pupù and Rosmary fill blowpipes with rose thorns and shoot down the hot air balloon, thereby saving the sheep from a fatal destiny. They return the flock, safe and sound, to the sheep dog.
