While they are walking along the countryside searching for Mapà, Pipì, Pupù and Rosmary meet a whole bunch of strange animals: a cayman with a mole inside, a hippopotamus-cum-shark, a snake housing a little monkey, and they all seem to be having a great time. Finally our three friends, after having met the mole again who is this time dressed up as a parrot, discover it is carnival and that’s why all the animals are dressed up and cheerful. They are invited to take part in the great carnival party which everybody will be attending, including Mapà. And so Pipì, Pupù and Rosmary, dressed up as little pigs, go to the party filled with hope, but once again they are deceived and they decide to move on to Easter, another recurring feast which Mapà may well be attending.
