After Timmy wins the prize for the best cyclist at the Hilltop on his "Red Lightning" at "Bike Day: Fun and Safety", he thinks he is much better than he actually is. He thinks he can do tricks that only the big guys can do. Then, when he tries to ride down a ramp at the two Franks and fails miserably, he realizes that he's probably not as big and advanced as he originally thought.
